Myfitnesspal has helped me keep track and be more honest with my intake in the past.
A little over a year ago, I was at my goal weight and felt so great!
I've had some big life changes, and turned to comfort food the past 6 months.
32 lbs later, I'm more achy, tired and none of my clothes fit...again.
I've been up this hill before, several times.
Here I go again! Because I must, I need to feel good about me again.
I'm glad I'm not the only one going through this struggle with food and weight.
Seeing successes and tips on healthy living here help me so much.
Thank to you all.

Your story sounds just like mine. I maintained for just over two years. I have gained a little more than 20 ponds. A closet full of clothes that don't fit and very unhappy. I'm struggling to find the motivation to start AGAIN

I hear you jtgreen123-and this being day 1, I am reeeeally struggling.
I've had a couple starts back at it over the last couple months, but my health is my main motivation right now-I want to feel good...or at least better!!

Lost 50 lbs and got all new clothes. Put back on 30 lbs and nothing fits. Ugh.

Back on the wagon again hopefully for good this time.

It hasn't been going well these last few days. Undoing the same things but expecting the same results. I have to get it together !!! B.

Once you get thrown off the horse, the trick is to get back on again. We've all had that happen.
