I make a veggie hash a lot, usually russet potatoes and carrots. But you can add sweet potato, onion, squash, peppers, etc. Oven at 400, dice veggies, teaspoon of light olive oil per 100 grams of veggies, season, bake 26 minutes flipping halfway. Serve on the side of two poached eggs.

5' 1", 111-113 lbs currently, I was around 105 at my lowest two years ago. MFP gives me 1420. I've still been trying to figure out maintenance since I've gained muscle. I work out 5 days (PiYO, YAYOG) a week and generally consume 1300 ish.

Working out is great for fitness, but calories are a more important component of weight loss. Anytime you work out is better than the person on the couch!

I do--had a gym membership years back and never went. Started with You Are Your Own Gym. Today, I do PiYO, P90, and Fitness Blender workouts in addition to break up the monotony. Two and half years later I still workout five days a week and have increased muscle mass and fitness.

I meal prep for my long days at work, but I can't everyday. I like to cook and have variety.

I find it a bit insulting considering I think I'm healthy and fit. I usually just flex my arm at people to say "I'm not that skinny." :P

It's convenient for the morning, portable, and has good macros and calories. Still don't like it much though, but it's growing on me. I do PB2 and cocoa powder, but looking for new ideas. Thanks!

I just had to throw away my yoga mat because the tread was wearing away. I'm kinda sad. Who would've guessed I would become sentimental about exercise equipment?

Early 30s, 5' 1/2". CW: 111-113. Original GW was 105 but I've put on muscle. MFP tells me maintenance is 1440, but I'm trying to get to 108-110 so I'm doing 1200 again. Keep fluctuating the same 2-3 pounds for the last two months. Maybe I should stay at 110? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Early 30s, 5' 1/2". SW: 133, GW: 110 (?) CW: 112. Been in maintenance almost 2 years, but I've put on muscle with the same waist measurement. I was 105 but I can't seem to get lower than 111 maybe. I'm on the verge of not caring about the scale any longer. Right now I'm 1200 calories and eat back some of my exercise…

Favs are PB and vanilla. When my store has them on sale for $2.88, I stock up. :)

Garlic powder is really off. I told me 1/2 teaspoon was over 600 calories when inputting a recipe yesterday. o.O

Cheese fries. The more mysterious the cheese sauce, the better. Don't get me wrong, I love all kinds of real cheese. But that neon orange stuff is best on spuds.

It is my solemn opinion that if every household had a slow cooker, it would result in world peace. Edit: Oh, you asked for pressure cooking. My bad! This was still good and could be made with an Instant Pot. Slow cooking=tender deliciousness. Pinterest is great to find things if you have a meat or other ingredient in mind.…

Finished my first round of PiYO today. Been working out for a while, but that was no joke!
