Once a week i make a low fat,no sugar cheesecake and that helps with my sweet tooth! There is a cheesecake group that share recipes on MFP ... Anything in moderation as long as you've calculated for it ...

I'll stay strong for you all! LoL .. My scales drop weekly and thats my incentive to keep going .. The sugar and food hangover from these treats would be worse than the day after a full blown bender .. I refuse to give in so easily when i'm winning, especially when i can see the results ... you all have fun ;)

Once a week i pack little dressing containers with my snacks .. dried apricots.almonds.cashews n cranberry . bhuji snack mix.sunflower kernels. homemade trail mix. Always pays to check the packets as its amazing how much the same product can alter between different brands.
