How is that even possible????? With 97% accuracy at 22 minutes on any of the short classes I can burn maaaybe 200 max.

I use Zumba 2 for the wii as my main form of excersise. I absolutely love it and feel that I get an adequate + workout especially when I have time to get an entire hour in.

For me BC consistanly makes me gain weight. Always has. Each time I've stopped taking it I've dropped 5-10lbs. I prefer to workout in the mornings and usually before breakfast. I feel heavier and sluggish after eating and also later in the day.
