Cutting out gluten is tough, but a lot of people are sensitive to it. I feel amazing when I don't eat gluten. Less water weight, less tummy fat, less headaches, and more energy. I feel really good when I eat less carbs. I usually have more energy with lower or healthier carbs. Currently trying to cut some of those out!

I need some more motivation. I've gained back all the pounds I lost previously. Currently 13 lbs heavy and 5-6% higher body fat than a year ago. 11/30/12 @ 128 lbs 12/30/12 @ 125 lbs This was while doing bulking/maintenance. I actually lost weight. Strange.

I have trouble with sinuses and asthma when exercising pretty bad. I find the longer you train, the less of a problem it is, but I also have to take caffeine supplements, nasal decongestants, and allergy pills to deal with mine. 1200 isn't often enough starting out. Try making healthier choices and eating until you feel satisfied. Plus, if you exercise you get to eat back those calories! :) Everyone has a different metabolic rate, therefore some people need more than 1200 calories to keep moving throughout the day. I drink 8-14 cups (about 80-120 ounces) of water a day. Sometimes I drink 3-5 cups (16-32 oz) of coffee too, so I try to make up for the dehydration of caffeine with higher water intake. I also count any light colored teas toward my water.

When I start having any issues with my wrists I just push myself to do biking or running. Anything you can do is better than nothing!
