54 pounds down (pic)

Hi everyone. Just wanted to say thank you for all of the encouragement here, and share a before/after pic. I still have a long way to go, but wanted to celebrate 54 pounds down.

Beginning weight: 251
Current weight: 197

Here's how I did it:
1. Prayed, because my strength was not enough.
2. Joined MFP, and faithfully tracked my food.
3. Budgeted my calories to stay under my daily calorie goal.
4. Learned about nutrition from Dr. Oz.
5. Gave up regular soda, and rarely have diet.
6. Ate a piece of chocolate every day to not feel deprived.
7. Exercised at least 30 minutes every day.
8. Picked the brains of fit people.
9. Gave/received encouragement to/from others here on MFP.
10. Focused on being fit, not thin.
