Hi All,
I need some encouragement from people who have been there. I lost 80 lbs and broke my wrist badly at the beginning of the year. It has left me unable to do workouts that require any bending of my wrist (i.e. push ups). I have gained 1/2 of my weight back and I seem to lost all my motivation. I was wondering how do you get your mojo back?

When I start having any issues with my wrists I just push myself to do biking or running. Anything you can do is better than nothing!
As far as getting your mojo back...I start looking at progress pics of myself or those of others. Just being able to see how far you've come verses where you were before may be a great motivator! Maybe even buy yourself a new outfit that you feel super sexy in. A boost of confidence couldn't hurt!
If you need some extra motivation...feel free to add me! :flowerforyou:0
