Are you hitting your calorie goals? What are you eating?
-
No. You are still eating the number of cals. you need to lose weight you are just eating small cal dense portions (think peanut butter) instead of large portions of low cal food (like carrots).

I will take this challenge! :D I'll go out for a walk soon, although I seem to have misplaced my ipod so it'll be a bit boring..maybe I'll just sing songs to myself lol. And I really should learn to like water more, it just doesn't taste all that good to me. Ahh well such is life! Good Luck on the challenge everyone!

Wow guys, thank you, all of you really :flowerforyou: I'm working on not judging myself so harshly and I feel awesome and strong and powerful and all these cool things when I get back to my room after a run, I just need to work on transitioning that to the actual running part! It's getting better this is just the first…

Finnished W2D1 today after coming back from vacation, it was very hard to get motivated to go running in 100 degree heat when there was a free pool just waiting to be jumped in  Good job to everyone who finnished another day on this program and I hope that everyone who got hurt feels better soon!

I do that too! Once you stop its hard to restart. If your bored with working out in general why don't you mix it up a little? Zumba or a youtube video or Wii game can be a lot more fun than an ellipical/treadmill somedays. Of course with the C25k plan you have to run but maybe if you can get back into the exercise with…

Just did W1D2 on the treadmill because it is freakishly hot outside :grumble: But it wasn't bad (not a huge fan of treadmills I'm always scared I am going to fly off  ) I did 3 mph for the walking and 5 for the running with 2 for the warm up and cool down. Great job everyone!

Good job! The first time I tried this program I couldn't run the whole 60 seconds either on W1D1 by the end of the first week it was still hard but way easier than the first time, stick with it!

Do you do your Wii exercisies with the WiiFit or is it…

Just finished W1D1 :drinker: It was easier than I remember it being last time I didn't even check my ipod for the time every three seconds  Great job everyone who finished their first day and good luck to everyone who is going to start tomorrow! Good job! Glad your first day went well! Its awesome that after finishing your run you can walk home, when I stop running the last thing I want to do is keep walking  How was Birkam yoga? They are plain white square crackers with salt. I love them with butter and jam or in soup, my mom used to tease me that I just wanted some soup with my saltines.

I'd like to join! I still have the app on my ipod from my short lived running attempt, maybe with a group to be accountable to I'll stick with it longer.
-
I've done that too! I think that you just get so tired your body needs something to keep it going, so while sleep would be the best way to stop this from happening it isn't always possible in college :) So what I have done during finals is make it harder to get to my food. For example I'll put my snacks in the back of my…
