  • I had one cup of shrimp fried rice from our local take out. I accounted for 400 calories for this- hard to tell. It was yummy!
  • I don't deny myself anything. I just make sure to account for every calorie and plan accordingly. I have a dark chocolate Riesen candy just about every afternoon- just a bit of chocolate for 43 calories. I know that if I cut EVERYthing I love out of my daily eating I'll be more tempted to over eat.

  • I've never been a big breakfast eater. I do, however, know it's important. I start my work day at 7:30. I usually have a peanut butter/chocolate chip granola bar at my desk after I get my computer up and running. I try to snack on something about every 3 hours- otherwise my blood sugar plummets.
