This is fairly standard for guys giving "coaching" online. It's a massive rip-off, ultimately, they're giving you information you can get for free anywhere else (as someone said earlier) and the results you will get are obviously no better.

I put mine (flour or corn) between two sheets of kitchen paper & microwave for about 30 seconds on 80%. Keep them between the paper as you're using them, it'll keep them a bit damp. Ultimately, don't overfill... however flexible they are, if you overfill they'll burst.

I made some earlier with pecans & dried cranberries, and another bunch for my girlfriend with pistachios & dried apricots. So adaptable & tasty. Even put chocolate in them on occasion. Hope you enjoy them.

Probably looking for some advice on classes (preferably cheaper than a personal trainer) or some sort of environment that would help her pay attention to form. OP, see if you can find a dedicated powerlifting gym with good members who will coach you for a reasonable fee. Seems like it'd be your thing, lifting as heavy as…

Do you not log your intake? guideline for fibre is about 14g for every 1,000 calories you consume. You can of course get too much, and that could have the same symptoms as getting too little.
-
You'll want to aim for about 1g of protein per pound of body weight, you don't need it spot on but roughly that amount is good, fat could go a tiny bit lower but it's not going to hurt where it is if you're otherwise hitting your calorie goal & not feeling any adverse effects. Fat is important in your diet so don't go…

What's your fibre intake look like?

Classic case of rushing to amputate the leg for a graze on the knee.

Of course, we are all our own individual people and our personal preferences, conveniences & therefore effort we're willing to put into our approach all impacts on what does or doesn't work. I'm just saying, from a scientific standpoint, the concept of meal timing & frequency is largely irrelevant, so there's no need to…

Your metabolism is essentially a living breathing thing. It alters with almost every other aspect of your body that can possibly change (hormones, weight, activity level, & so on). There's no possible way of determining your exact metabolic rate at any given hour of the day, that's why we work off our basal rates, allow…

Pop. UK. It's all pop. I drink it like it's going out of fashion. I can get through a 24 pack of diet Coke/Coke Zero in 3 days, easily. Fat Coke (full sugar) or Coke Life (half sugar) will obviously impact on weight loss ... I don't like the taste of it, I prefer the diet stuff... but if it's the 0 calorie variety it…

It's OK. She has a BS in biology, and we all know a degree is skills-transferable. That's why I started building houses immediately after earning my degree in psychology.
-
A BS in biology is not a BS in nutrition, btw. Your BS is as useful as a chocolate teapot when it comes to human nutrition.

Eat what you want, when you want. Over time the routine will take hold & you'll begin to feel hungry when your meal times normally are. Calorie- or macro-wise it makes no difference when you eat them, just that you eat them.
-
This... happens a lot, I'm noticing. Which is a shame. Yeah, some people can be terse but obviously if someone's asking for advice you're asking because you believe that someone of greater experience & knowledge than you will answer. To then immediately rebuke it & call it abuse is madness.
-
Can't answer any better than this.

Depends on what you define as junk, ultimately, and what context it holds within your diet. ETA: of course if you're under your calorie goal, whatever your diet is composed of, you'll lose weight.

Tandoori. Chicken or prawns. Saag aloo (spinach & potatoes), daal (lentils), bhindi bhaji (okra & onions), etc. It'll be over 550 cals, but just make good choices & enjoy it.

Not sure I understand what any of that nonsense has to do with eating a varied diet for good health, which is what you were quoting. Far from "wrong, wrong, wrong". Unless of course you have evidence to suggest living on literally nothing but meat & raw milk is the secret elixir of life, and the bunged up experience the OP…

That is a hell of a lot of weight to lose in just over a year. What are your current stats? your diary seems empty, what are you eating at the moment calorie-wise? Can you describe the pain a bit more fully than "cramps"? (dull ache, stabbing pain, etc.?) Where is it normally located? does it come & go, is it constant,…

A little stretch in the legs is fine unless it's really uncomfortable then you may want to bend your knees a little bit more. You don't want your legs straight, something like a quarter squat is ideal. Don't forget to warm up properly, that's really important. Agree with the others on a video.
-
Warm up properly, drink plenty of fluids during your workout & if you feel like you're getting cramp in your side take a breather, stretch it out, breathe deeply & when it subsides get back to it. It's got nothing to do with fat burning, unfortunately, it's just simple over-exertion.

I can only expect you're referring to me, since you seem to have flagged some of my posts. I've explained, without being too verbose - though I can be if you'd prefer, that your unvaried diet is unhealthy. Personally, and frankly, I wouldn't bother trying to pinpoint the inaccuracies in your calorie counting until you…

If it gets too much bigger it just explodes. No warning.

Don't start. We've seen some things...

Please, dear God, think of your colon. Won't somebody think of the colon?!

I'd like to eat nothing but buttered pasta for the rest of my life, but clearly that would be sub-optimal for good health. You need a varied & balanced diet. As someone just stated, you are missing out on a huge proportion of fundamental nutrients.
-
Why would you eat such a massively unvaried & restrictive diet?
-
Why?

But... but... rice has small amounts of arsenic in it!!!
