I am *new* in the sense I am back after having been gone for quite some time. I too have a belly where I could be mistaken for pregnant. Hang in there. This site does help. Oh one last thought... I have noticed MFP giving a *warning* about too little calories consumed when I hit the submit button once. I felt like crap that day and really did not eat that much.. So I think that should be taken into account when questioning what to do...

I typically do not eat ALL my exercise calories (I usually have around 200 left over) and I am still losing the weight. So, not a Dr. opinion, just a person's.
