Kashi go lean is a protein and high fiber cereal, aldi's makes a comparable brand called GetBalance. I eat it in the morning with fruit and almond milk. Also i'll make salads that have soynuts for crunch and shredded deli meat on them, made with spinach and spring mix salad. Its protein and fiber in one meal.

Our local grocery store sells these things, kinda like rice cakes but way less carbs, they are called Coco Pop, and I take that and a spreadable swiss cheese wedge by laughing cow , and sliced fruit on top, its really yummy! Great little snack!

Squats squats squats! do them all the time and you'll get a nice round toned butt. Make sure your doing them right also, don't bend forward and all that jazz.

Im in the same boat a lot of times, every once in a while i'll throw in a greek yogurt to get the calories but still be healthy.

Sometimes I'll pre-log things that I know i will do.... that way when it gets busy and i'm getting ready to go or too tired when I get back I don't forget. I think pre-logging's fine if your going to stick to it and be accountable to yourself. I do the same with my meal planning, I pre-log it all and then print it out and…

Give yourself a week break... let your body reset. If you push it too much you'll start to slow down and come to a halt. Much like a vacation, but don't go overboard.

I run a private daycare.... i use a site called Wholesometoddlerfood.com... has really great ideas and healthy snacks/ meals you can make.

I know that walmart and publix both carry quinoa. It's usually by the rice or healthy food/ organic section. My walmart (super walmart) stocks in in the cereal isle at the end with Cascadia farms products and Bob's red Mill products. Not sure if every walmart is the same but just ask they should be able to help you find it.

Are you getting enough Iron?

Quinoa, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, garbanzo beans (my personal favorite, with some fresh parsley and .5 tbsp or dressing) and 12 grain breads. I also go over my protein almost every day and eat very minimal meat. I also don't use a protein shake because i don't need it and its a lot of extra calories. *tip for coupons…

same thing happened to me... i had these really cute shorts from old navy that I bought in high school (maybe 8 years ago) and I was sooooo excited to finally fit back into them. I put them on yesterday and they look way too baggy and long. gotta love losing weight though!

I've been buying quinoa and cous cous for my family instead of a pasta or rice carb. THey are both higher in protien and fiber. Also Greek yogurt, and hormels natural line of luch meats. Switched to 12 grain bread instead of white, its got so much protein and fiber.

Yup, i stay away from it, and most chemicals... my skin has greatly improved in the last year since I switched, and my son who has always had an allergy to almost everything we put on his skin seems to be fine when I took everything out. We buy organic soaps made from oils and natural detergents.

I agree... I think that pre-packaged meals are only teaching us how to be lazy and not put effort into the food that we eat... I personally don't care for anything processed. Look up "eating clean foods" its worth it for your body to steer clear of frozen pre-made foods and learn how to use portion control instead of…

I go online and find free printable coupons for the "healthy" things that are a little more expensive. For grains I shop in the bulk isle because its almost always cheaper. and I've actually found some great deals on good food at Aldi's. www.Smartsource.com, www.coupons.com, www.couponbug.com and there's so many more out…

I cut out dairy because on top of IBS i have a dairy sensitivity, and that seemed to help IBS too, also try eating a lot of raw fresh veggies, not lettuce first and work your way up. I never eat iceberg lettuce, its a terrible sight but romaine and spinach are fine now after building up a tolerance to it. ALso walking…
