Hi Dan, Quick question, how often or what what point some one rerun the numbers to continue weight/fat loss? Thank you, Scott

Yes, it seems like a lot of calories. It has me at 2561 (TDEE- 30%) for the first couple of weeks, I didn't lose or gain over the last two weeks I have lost 4 lbs and inches, I drop a pant size. Scott

A glass of whole milk w/ protein powder - That should net you an extra 300 calories. A couple cups of chocolate milk. Nuts. Cheeses. A beer or two. Scott

Another vote for Polar. Scott

How are you measuring calories burned? HRM, Pedometer, MFP? Scott
-
My goals are: 1.) Log in MFP every day (Expect the 4th, my birthday) 2.) Drop another pants size 3.) Work on the C25K program Scott

A few things will help with water retention. 1.) Drink more water 2.)Watch sodium levels 3.) Remember that when starting a new exercise, you will most likely retention extra water for a little bit as your body adjust to the extra work and sweat. Scott

No succuse is tiny or small. It takes a lot of work to lose an itch or two. Congrats, and remember this feeling for days when it is a bit tougher to help you through. Scott

I'm proud I did my afternoon walk inspite of the cold temp and sore muscles from the gym. Scott
-
I use the TDEE and log my exercise calories. I do this to make sure my net calories don't go below my BMR. Scott
-
I tried the stronglift 5x5 program. I was doing my first set of squats and lost my balance. I quickly went back to the machines. Plus, my fiancee doesn't want to do the free weights and I kinda like hanging out with her at the gym. Scott

I'm in.

The problem is fat storage is one of the last things the body likes to burn if you aren't giving it enough fuel.
-
How is your water intake? How many calories are you eating? Do you know your TDEE or BMR? Scott
-
I would be interested in joining in the game as well. Scott
