How are you measuring calories burned? HRM, Pedometer, MFP?

Because one day you brought the intensity more than the other. Sometimes I do the same workout and burn more or less. It has nothing to do with how you are measuring has everything to do with how hard you are working. I play a game with mine. Try to burn more than the last time. But you just didn't work as hard as the first time0

Have you registered a weight loss in between that time? Cos the lighter you are you will burn slightly less cals doing the same exercise.0

If your weight has gone down, the amount of calories you burn will change as well;)0

Why do you care? Just work out. A few calories difference here and there makes no difference. And why do you think either readings were accurate?0

Makes sense, I had a feeling that's what it was but wanted confirmation!0
