I have tried all of that over the past 3 days, my phone is unable to find my fitbit.

I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. My devices can no longer even find the fitbit. I even tried syncing it to my laptop with the dongle and that does not work either.

I have went back to the doctor and they just prescribed me a pill to reduce the cramping spasms I get from particular foods. Honestly I dont want to take any other prescription pills I rather take a supplement that is going to provide me with actual benefits.

I tried Kefir too ...I used it for quite a few months but it just messed up my system. I dont do well with dairy, beans, apples, pears, peaches, oatmeal, high fat meat, high fiber veggies (lettuce, kale, spinach, beans, cucumber, tomato), and egg yolk. I am on Phase 2 week 8 and have not lost any weight. I have 10 pounds to lose and they say those are the hardest to lose anyways. I have notice that I am getting less jiggly but the scale has not budged. I really wished I would have taken before pics but I am so self conscious about my self.

I have already been through Insanity and P90X...maybe that is why I am not noticing results yet. I'm in week 3 and have only lost 2 ounces, maybe it will pick up when I get to Phase 2. I have not gotten to the point yet that I get sore either. Maybe I am looking for results too fast.

Honestly... buy a good bra. I'm a 32DD, I used to wear 3 sports bras and now I use moving comfort. Granted they are not sexy but they keep your stuff from bouncing around and making things hurt. They seriously work. I run and do high impact sports. They are not cheap but I have had the same 2 bras for going on 4 years now.…

I always am in the 50% or high 40's in carbs...that is the toughest to bring down. I also have many food that I have to avoid due to digestive issues and that does not help the situation either.
