Mashed potatoes? Shakes/Smoothies? Soup? Also, each time you go for an adjustment, eat immediately after you leave - it will help prevent your teeth from getting so sore. That was the best advice my ortho gave me when I had mine. Good luck!

Congratulations! It's great to see that regardless of what that number is doing, your body is constantly improving. And let's face it - that's the whole reason we're doing this: to improve our bodies, rather than a number on a scale!

Hi guys! I started the challenge by myself on August 1, and just found this group. I've done Days 1 & 2 at Level 1, and to be honest, I was dying at the beginning but like you said there's a rush that kicks in and takes me through the end, and I feel great at the end. Great, and like jelly, but still great :) I'd love to…
