I work retail clothing: Hips for my company is the widest part around your seat AKA your toosh! Often people think we are asking for the measurement around the hip bones, that is not the case. We want the butt measurement. Happy shopping!

I can relate. I had an apple fritter, made from the cider mill down the street. I am a little bummed because it alone took up nearly an entire meal in calories and not to mention the sugar and fat! Still trying to find out how I can squeeze a long enough work out in today to make up for it! EEEK!

I am also a realtor. Some agents/brokers will do that to avoid "wasting their time" but I don't think it is very good customer service. They should get your information, work with you and also collect some information such as what they asked for but I don't think that should be the pre-requisite for them working with you.…

The lunch boxes now days are compact and have a pocket for a flat ice pack to keep food cool. Sandwiches, leftovers, almost anything is better than gas station food. I personally have not. An office of people I work with did it together (5 women) and that lasted maybe a week or two and they have been stuffed under their desks (yes, all 5 of them) for about 2 years.

You may consider really focusing on your intake. Changing your eating habits for a couple weeks even can take care of the 20 lbs. Okay, Im in...I will not add though today. We may end up with more on the list than many people have time to do in a day! Im dreading the 20 minutes of dancing for sure. Guess I will have to watch some disney shows like Big Time Rush and dance with the kiddos!!! Yippy!

I just broke down last week and bought 30 DS and a set of 3 and 5 pound weights. I use the 3 and its painful ;) I can take it though. In years past because I have been too cheep to buy weights I have used canned food. Might be a good compromise. Don't give up on your workout, modify it.

Very sorry for your loss. I used my pregnancy as a good time to cut coffee and start eating things that I would feel good about feeding a child. I just look at it exactly like that. Also on a 1200 cal/day intake. Some days I do good, some I don't. I really try to drink water though. I find when I do it makes me full. A few snacks I use are a small bowl of cereal and yogurt.
