I just got one and really like it, except I feel like I keep sinking and might have to refill the air. How often do you have to put more air in? Shouldn't spend all day putting air in the ball.
Thanks!

My husband did for the longest time until it got a hole in it, he said he would put air in it about once a week.

That is hysterical!! I literally just spent the last 5 minutes blowing up an exercise ball for the first time to use as a chair at work. I bought the one recommended for my height and I think I should've gotten the next size up. I think I'll return it and get the bigger one.
When you sit on yours are you at the same height as you were in your chair?

How new is the ball? It takes a while for the rubber to fully stretch out to where it will fully, fully inflate. It took mine a few days of sitting on it and re-filling it with air regularly before it became its stable size. After that happened I just top it off with air every week or so.

    Hope that helps!

It depends on how many kids from play with it :-). I work at a place that offers shelter to families in need and my office is on the path the kiddos take when they go to therapeutic play groups. I refill every 2 weeks or so now that I have a bigger ball. Before, when I had a 65" it would need air nearly every other day. Now with the 75" it's a lot better.

I sit on an exercise ball at my computer desk. I am a stay at home mom. I have to fill it every couple of weeks.

I really want to do this. Have the ball but I sit where lots of people coming in the front door at work would see me and question my seating arrangement.

So do the benefits out weigh the embarrassment? If it's going to give me a six pack I'll buy one to replace every chair I own!

I personally have not. An office of people I work with did it together (5 women) and that lasted maybe a week or two and they have been stuffed under their desks (yes, all 5 of them) for about 2 years.

I'm trying mine b/c about once a week my hips really bother me and the thought of being able to move around a bit while at my desk sounds appealing. The rest of the time I'll stick to my chair. I did get the 65cm size b/c that's what's recommended for my 5'5" height. I'm thinking I'll return it and get the 75cm one... I tend to like to sit a bit higher in my chair so I should've bought the bigger ball... Oh well.
