I agree with Laura...volunteer to cook. My boyfriend is completely anti-diet. But, I found this book called Cook this, Not that. The food in there is amazing...but still low in fat and calories. I stopped drinking soda and stopped eating anything deep fried. I cut out most candy...I still snitch some every now and then. But, more important than what I cut out is what I added. I started eating healthy food (fruits, veggies, etc.) and started paying attention to portion size.

Yeah, I am going to have to agree with everyone about buying fresh vs frozen. But, I think it may be a preference for the fish, Tilapia is one of my favorites, but not everyone likes it.

Thanks for the encouragement. I kinda feel in the same boat as your friend angelface. I am not really fat, I just want to lose my muffin top...and if at all possible regain my pre-baby size....hahahaha. So, it helps to know there are others that are in the same arena.
