Boot Camp
There is a new gym in my area called Burn Boot Camp. I have been going for about a month now, and I t is kicking my butt. I have lost about 6 lbs from that...but an astounding 15 inches over my body. So, I suggest if you can do it...join a gym that will kick your butt.

getting tired of salad
OK, I am only on like day 8 of my diet or something like that. But, already I am getting tired of salad. Breakfast is no problem, because I love my multi-grain cheerios with yogurt. detail car
So, I washed and detailed my car today. It took probably 1.5 hours start to finish. It definately wore me out and tested my muscles. But, I am not sure where to put it under for exercise. Any suggestions?

I have decided it is evil. I went for a walk today...not even very fast for 30 min. I am plumb wore out. Granted, I go to school, work and raise kids too...but adding walking shouldn't wear me out that much.

OK, so if my BMR is 1504 calories a day....for doing nothing. Why does my profile thingy say I should only eat 1200 calories a day for being lightly active?
