OK, so if my BMR is 1504 calories a day....for doing nothing. Why does my profile thingy say I should only eat 1200 calories a day for being lightly active?

How much weight are you trying to lose? In order to lose 1 pound a week, you must burn about 3500 calories so 7X3 = 2100 calories so you should lost about 1/2-1 lb a week (without exercising)
Hope that helps!
