  • There are meds for anxiety that you only need to take when you are having the anxiety attack, if that is what you are having. Don't stray from your doctors suggestions but do what is good for you and your body.
  • Wow, I must be a bad mommy, I can't wait for my son to go back to pre-school and then kindergarten hopefully next fall. I just feel so happy that he gets to try new things that it doesn't bother me that he's gone. He's growing up so fast but he's doing it so well.
  • We fast at the beginning of every first Sunday for 24 hours. It used to be very hard for me to do too! I think your mind set and your body just have to get used to it, plus you have to keep in mind why your doing the fast in the first place. Good luck!

  • Don't give up!!! It can take awhile to make any head way. Just this morning I took a step on the scale also, I lost another pound but it has practically taken me 2 weeks to do so. But that one pound does count.

  • I work in a lab, so we were goofing around and we decided to check all our thyroids. Low and behold my was a sky high 23. It was funny!   • I don't like to eat those pre-made meals, they all taste like cardboard. I went to the store and bought a whole bunch of green veggies and some salmon. I'll make my own little meals and stick them in the freezer and then take them to work or nuke them for supper.
