I love it! It looks great on you with either belt. Wear it with confidence. At the end of the day if you aren't comfortable in it, don't wear it, but I personally think you look fab.

Oh my god! Three or four times a WEEK? I've only been with my fiance three years and we 're lucky if it's once a week! I have basically no libido and don't think about sex at all, and he stopped wanting to initiate it all the time, so now we just don't do it much. Is that strange?

Just got it, it's ok. Problem with it is the kinect struggles to recognise users when lying down trying to do the exercises eg ab exercises. So if there's one of those in the circuit you have to just quit. Also it's annoying to navigate with your hands, a bit glitchy. Not a great burn as you spend most of the time trying…

For a non-native speaker you're doing great, don't worry about mistakes!! I'd say maybe see a nutritionist as well as your doctor, maybe they'd be able to give you a diet plan and see if that works for you. And like others have said, eat more to try and kick start your metabolism, and maybe build some muscle too :)

Seriously don't worry! You don't need to log it. If you REALLY feel you have to then quick add 10 calories, or do 2 minutes of jumping jacks so you can be sure it's burned off!

Try a new exercise regime, something you've never done before. I tried boxercise and it kicked me out of my plateau for a bit, but now i've plateaued again so need to mix it up again!!

I also created my own, I use heart rate monitor and always burn between 160 and 210 calories. That'll vary person to person but I think around 180 is a good estimate if you don't have a HRM.

I've just completed 30 Day Shred and it has really helped my thighs! So much so that I've bought Killer Buns and Thighs (also by Jillian Michaels) and hopefully it will improve them even more.
