Hi all, I'm on Level 1 Day 5 of the 30 Day Shred, and I find that my muscles don't hurt any more following the workout and the next day. Should I keep going until day 10 and move on or just move on to level 2 now?? Thanks.

30 Day Shred - tiny room
I really want to try the 30 day shred but i'm living in halls of residence in quite a small room. How much room do you need to move around to do this workout? I have enough to do lunges, sit ups, press ups etc. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Does anyone have any opinion on these and their effect on dieting? Water and dehydration
I've recently started to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I used to drink about 3 and never got thirsty, but now i'm thirsty all the time despite drinking so much water! My mouth is so dry no matter how much water I drink. Any advice/ anyone in a similar situation?
