Does anyone here know if calorie zigzagging works? If it does, and if it isn't harmful for you, would someone give me some advice on how to plan a week of zigzagging?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Zig zaggin may not work the same for everyone.
I was on 1200 calories, the next day i went over by 300 cals and then id stick to my 1200 again, I did this for a week and it showed on my scales but i never go under!0 -

There are a couple of calculators on google you could find that can give you a good intake day by day. I did it for about 3 weeks and I didn't get any difference. The lowest on it that I went was about 1300, then 1400, then 1500, then it started over. I didn't notice a change in my weight loss. I did better with a constant calorie intake. But I've seen it work for some people. I haven't heard any negative effects on it.0
