I really want to try the 30 day shred but i'm living in halls of residence in quite a small room. How much room do you need to move around to do this workout? I have enough to do lunges, sit ups, press ups etc.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you've got room for lunges, squats, jumping jacks, and to lay on the floor with your arms outstretched then I'd say you have the room for it. :)

Maybe some one else will chime in as I'm only on Day 6 Level 1. So I don't know what comes in the 2nd and 3rd levels.

I don't have very much space in my living room and it's enough to do the work-out...I'd say I'm working in a narrow rectangular shaped area, probably about 4'x8' or so. You don't really need alot of space...not a lot of big movements.

I have a small sitting room and i can do it. I do have to make sure that every thing's pushed back a bit, but it's fine. The skaters in level two are a little inhibited perhaps, but it's all do-able.
