I HATE CONDA!!! I would have wanted to mess with her too if my brother was treated like he was from her too. I can't believe the power she has been given by everyone...what is wrong with these people? They actually tried not to loose weight to get her voted off??? I have that problem but it's getting expensive so I'm going to wait longer this time to buy smaller sizes. Going to have to get a belt too. It seems the butt always get's baggy first...I hate that but whatcha gonna do....right??

Started on the 1st of the month and have taken 8 inches of my body...it's nuts but it works.

I wish I had taken pictures at my top weight....I have pictures but not full body ones that I have now. It would have been nice to see the real difference now that I have lost so much weight. You will thank us later:happy:

Happen's when people start up...it will start coming off. Take your measurements too...everytime I feel like I'm not loosing I measure and see the difference. Always helps me feel better!!!

I notice that if I have a protein shake to start my day...it hold's me longer. I try to cut carbs after three...but even if I have a salad or a protein shake for dinner there are a couple carbs. Whatcha gonna do??? right! I also sometimes have to eat back some exersice calories...when you have a hard weight training…

I just realized I put 60 calories...I ment 60 grams of protein. It's has about 380 calories but it's almost no carbs. Plus I use it as a meal.

Same boat...I usually drop a chunk of weight and then see-saw five pounds and then drop again...it's odd but it's the way it seems to go. Plus days off can be a bad time for me...and nights. Guess you have to keep going I guess...

OMG...I tried your smoothie this morning and it was sooooo......good and filling. I couldn't find SF Cheesecake mix so I used SF Butterscotch and it was yummmie!!!:wink:

I agree...once in while I crave some Ben and Jerry or some chips and dip...it's life and your not going to only eat your allowed calories every day for the rest of your life. That would be nuts!!! It just makes me work harder the next day....:drinker:

I have heard that women can only process 30 grams of protein at a time....not sure what I believe on the subject matter at this point. I always eat well over 100 grams a day with my protein shake in the morning and breakfast I'm already over. You have to get your calories in so I don't see why it can't be extra protein…

AGREE...I bought a HRM and when I'm doing P90X I'm lucky to burn 300 calories...even using Insanity it's maybe 400. I see people saying they burned 1000 calories doing these programs and I don't get it. At my weight of 236 lbs I'm sure I'm burning more then a fit person just because of the weight. I learned that using MFP…

I started P90X/Insanity Hybrid program Monday and I have had the same issue...I woke up in pain and had to take asprin and I tried heating them for a bit. Today was Cardio Recovery DVD which actually seemed to help some but they hurt when I walk for sure.

:wink: I know how you feel...I just went back to school and stress at work and dealing with home life it gets nuts. I took a few days off and now feel ready to go again. I think we all just need to not give up and just keep moving forward. It's hard not to let stress get in the way of our plans...

I was going back and forth on which one to buy and I ended up getting the Fitbit and I love it. It's just that little push you need to get you moving and meeting your daily goals.
