I have read on here that sometimes to break a stall out the best thing is too have a few cheat days and rest from the gym...I went out for dinner and had dessert and relaxed from the gym. I'm hoping it's water weight from eating more salt then usual but I gained three pounds. I feel like **** now and I'm really hoping this is a kick start my body needs but I will be drinking my teas today to get the extra salt out of my body today. So pumped about starting P90X/Insanity Hybrid program Sunday....now I have 40 pounds to loose by my 30th (did I mention it's April 19th) so hear is hoping I can do it. Plus we have a biggest loser contest starting Feb 1st and I wouldn't mind making the extra cash. There have been some cute sneakers I have been wanting for the Spring...

Hoping this guilt goes away soon...man I feel like ****!!!

Restaurant meals, even if I don't go over in calories, are so loaded in sodium that I am usually up 2-3 pounds for 2 days or so afterward. Don't sweat it, it isn't *real* weight you gained.

Perhaps that's what happened to me. I caved and went to McDonald's for breakfast yesterday and had store-bought soup for lunch. I'm up almost 2 pounds this morning! I feel like I really suck but I know I just need to get back on track!
