I am not a big fan of running but maybe should start after reading everyones comments!! I have big thighs and a big butt for that matter!! Some of mine is that it runs in the family!! I advise is that u need two bump your calorie intake up for 2 or 3 days!! Change your exercise routine up also!! It worked for me when i hit bottom!
