  • I love to cook too! Unfortunately, I don't know HOW to cook healthy. I purchased the Dukan Cookbook since I'm on the Dukan Diet, but his recipes are kinda blah for me. He uses Non-fat greek yogurt a LOT, and even the smell of it makes me gag. I'll be turning on the grill tonight though! I love me some grilled chicken!
