If youre already at a more intermediate exercise level, then ripped in 30 is awesome!! If you're just starting out though 30 day shred is the way to go!

I completely agree, but I also think that it does depend on your current weight as well. My best friend dropped about 15 lbs in a month, but she had around 70 pounds to lose. If you focus on living a healthy life, then the weight will come off.

I saw it on tv today. apparently it goes in cycles of 17 days with different foods that you eat in each one so your body doesn't plateau.

I tried nutrisystem. Some of their food was really good! However their customer service was really lacking. After I stopped the program they continued taking payments out of my bank account for three months! All in all the program was good though. I lost about 20 lbs in 2 months.
