Just finished 30 Day Shred, Need Suggestions

I just finished 30 day shred, and I need suggestions on what to do next. Im really busy and I can only get to the gym two or three days a week so I really find at home fitness dvds to be the best thing for my schedule.

    JM's Ripped in 30. I think some people consider it the step after 30 DS.

    Also, have u considered any of her other workouts? Banish Fat Boost Metabolism or No More Trouble Zones. Also, I like Jackie Warner. Her workouts have a similar format to Jillian. And she has a timesaver workout that is really good.

    Other than that there are the programs like Chalean Extreme, Turbojam, or Insanity, which all seem pretty popular.

    Good luck! I know it's hard sometimes to find a good workout dvd that has all the factors you are looking for.

    I second Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism--it's a great workout. If you are pressed for time and can't do the full 45 minutes, the first 4 segments are good on their own.

    You might want to look into Beachbody products as well. Turbo Fire, P90X, Hip Hop Abs are all great ones.
