When I was close to my goal weight (approx 10 lbs away), I plateau-d for 6 months. I tried switching exercise and staggering my calories each day, but looking back, I was probably not eating enough each week. Just switch things up for a bit and jump start your metabolism. You will start losing again soon.

bumping for later. YUM

WONDERFUL WORK! You both look great! You show us all that hard work does pay off!

Tried it in college. I just gave me tummy aches and made me sh$t a lot. Plus, I was starving after a few days and gave up. My advice is don't do it...

LOVE ME SOME TEA. I used to be a coffee-addict until my stomach decided it couldn't handle it anymore. Then I started drinking tea, just bags from the grocery store. I recently got a job at Teavana, so now I can buy AWESOME loose leaf tea and brew it at home. My favorite right now is the Maharaja Chai Oolong mixed with…

My fiance and I were together for five years before he proposed, so we knew it was coming. He took me to several stores to shop together, saying he would know which one I loved by my reaction. Then, when we found the ring I wanted, he asked me to wander the store while he put some surprising touches on it. He kept the…

You look like a totally different person in that second picture! Fabulous work!
-
DONE! Complete in 3 sets: 30 reps @ 10 lbs, 50 reps @ 5 lbs, and 20 reps @ 5lbs. :)
-
Will do! Maybe I'll mix up the styles!

Similar goal here! I'll add you! And anyone else feel free to add me, too--always looking for supportive friends :)

5'9 and my goal weight right now is 168lbs because that will put be out of the overweight category on the BMI scale. Other than that, I have no ambitions to get out of the 160s. At that point I plan on being more concerned with toning than weight loss. I think I would die at 120!

I actually adopted a 3 year old pup about two months ago who was underweight, and am having trouble getting him to eat more. If I was so lucky to have that problem...Ha.

Finished these yesterday but forgot to post my completion! 3 sets of 50 and my glutes feel it today! WHEW.

Love having supportive friends who comment and get on the site everyday! My name is Keri. I'm 24 and engaged to be married next year. My highest weight was ~230lbs, and I've got about 20 more lbs to lose to get to healthy BMI range. I've done Weight Watchers in the past, but I found doing it this way makes me feel more…

Count me in! 150 squats here I come!

Honestly, I was stalled at the last 15 lbs for 6 months. I was given the advice to just reset my metabolism. I stopped counting calories for two months and just exercised normally. I put a few pounds back on, but now I'm back to losing again. Maybe something to think about?
-
Yes! That is exactly why I switched from Weight Watchers (well, that and the payment thing). I feel so much more healthy knowing what I'm putting in my body besides just how many "points" it is. :)

300 jumping jacks DONE! 1 set of 75 1 set of 75 1 set of 100 1 set of 50 :) This was my first one and can't wait for more!

I literally said "Oh My God" outloud when I saw your pictures. YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION, my friend. You look great!

@ mehaffeymk I looked at your food diary, and it seems like if you're worried about hitting a plateau, you might want to rethink some of your food choices. First of all, this is all just advice from what I've learned being on here for a year so take it or leave it. It looks like you have a lot of take out food in your…

Just moved to Monroe, NC from Denver! Looking forward to exploring this side of the country! :)

I'm right there with ya'll! I've been stuck between 182-185 for SIX MONTHS now. I tried lowering cals, I tried upping cals, and now I'm resetting at maintenance. I still have another 20+ to go so I need to get over this plateau! It's frustrating, but I just keep exercising and getting stronger and telling myself eventually…

First of all, FANTASTIC JOB! You look great! What kind of meal plan did you follow while doing this program? (If you could message me so I don't have to keep checking this topic board, that would be great) :)

If you create a DailyBurn account, you can log your mileage and time to get a calorie burn, then manually enter the calories on here. That's how I do it.
