Since no one else has jumped in saying they'll continue posting the challenges, I'll definitely do it starting this weekend. I figure we can have a weekend challenge that should be done anytime Saturday or Sunday (afterall, we do need a rest day in there somewhere). I've mapped out a plan through the end of September rotating 10 different exercises. I hope you'll all join in!
Now I must get to those 300 jumping jacks and I hope I don't lose count!0 -

The 300 have to be done by the end of the day, but not all of them have to be done at once, correct? Sorry - first mini challenge. Im in though - 300 by midnight tonight it is!0

I'm in. Tried to do 10 minutes of Jumping Jacks last night and only made it to 4 minutes, not consecutively, I had to march in between. I have no idea how many jacks I did in that 4 minutes. I'll pace myself over the day! Thanks gmukris for continuing the challenges!0
