Believe me guys that does not make much of a difference , I used to work at McD as a senior Director and believe me you won't eat McD at all if you know what is put inside it , from toxins , animals waste all the way to nicotine to make people addicted to it

I had the same issue and heres what I started doing and it works great , eat a good breakfast , eat a good lunch and try to push it to be around 5-6 pm so lets say by the time you are going to sleep around 10 or so your stomach is empty , ur not hungry and when u wake up have a good breakfast , I wish you luck

I am personally working on losing 100 pounds and I know a friend of mind who lost 110 pounds , as long as you mix cardio with strength exercises you are doing good and balance in diet . People who get saggy skin usually do a mistake of starving themselves and that happens as a result .
