Bloat

I didn't just blow it today... I massacred everything. I ate upwards of 2,300 calories in ONE sitting (had already eaten breakfast, lunch, and snacks till that point and stayed perfectly within range). I didn't even realize how much I'd eaten until I stood up and tried to walk... didn't work. I had to bend over to walk, my stomach is so stretched.

Yes, I have serious problems. That's not what I'm asking about at the moment, though. My question is this:
How do I get rid of this bloat? What would you do in this situation?

Honestly? The only thing I find helps when I overeat is water. I know your belly doesn't want anything more in it - but it will help. Not just tonight, but tomorrow and the next day too.

Water, water, water =) And I agree, for the next couple days drink more water then you usually do, it will help flush out your system. Hopefully you'll be feeling better soon

I do this at least once a week, mainly Fridays. I workout hard and try to stay within calorie range the next day. Works for me.

I totally agree..water and slowly walking it off. Feels good to know that you're getting some movement and it doesn't feel that bad after. The water will help flush your system, too.
