Its taken me 6 months to lose 40 averging 1.5lbs a week.. I want to lose the next 40 in the next 5 months. But I realise that is a hefty goal since the closer you get to GW the harder it is to lose.

AWESOME! I was super excited to get from "obese" to "overweight"....and I only weigh 200lbs at 5'8 I would ideally liked to be 150ish. Keep up the great work!

I started zumba in january and watching what I ate. Im down 32 lbs. about half way to my goal.I've added running and bootcamp to my exercises. Jealous of all of you who have made it to goal already! awesome work!

I use map my run but I dont have a smartphone so I map it out when I get home. One thing I dont like about this is when I go to track I cant type in the miles I did too. Just the time...and often I dont pay attention to the time.

I think that you WILL lose but it MAY be the last thing to go. I've found that im losing the weight in the reverse of how it was put on...and my belly has always been there (as opposed to thighs obliques and face fat) so I expect it will be the last thing I lose too. zumba is what started it for me too! I loved it, loved the way it made me feel, so I kept going, and then I started a running class (followed the C25K plan pretty much) and then last week I started a BOOTCAMP! I hate it but Im doing it lol Keep it up lady! Hard work pays off!

Im 5' 8 (so not quite 6 ft) but my first goal is 165 to get to a healthy weight and then I may re evaulate to 155. I wouldnt go lower then that.

Welcome! I just started my weight loss journey january 1st. I havent been tracking like I need to be so thats my goal, keep doing zumba and tracking and I know ill lose! I've lost 12lbs so far. Good luck to you!
