What do you eat for lunch that is low and calories and is NOT seafood?

    Frozen Lean Cuisine or Weight Watchers meal~ so many to choose from- and easy to grab and run out the door to work with :happy:

    Sandwich with low cal, low carb whole grain breads- Pepperidge Farm Light Style Bread, Thomas's Sahara Mini Pita or Mission low Carb Tortilla (fajita size) 1 oz of turkey or chicken, 1 thin slice of cheese, lots of lettuce, tomato and what ever else you like.
    Salad with left over grilled chicken
    Veggie Soup
    Turkey Chilli
    Something you had for dinner the night before is also good too.

    For snack
    Side Salad watch the dressing, cheese, croutons
    Cut Veggies
    Hummus and Cut Veggies
    Yogurt with Fruit
    Low Fat Popcorn
    Fresh Berries, Watermellon, Grapes
