  • If you don't want a sandwich for lunch you could always go for a wrap. You can get some of them low carb. I usually fix that with deli meat and cheese.   • I so understand where you are coming from. My husband is in the Air Force and he gets his pt time, plus he goes in early to do his own workout. I feel guilty about leaving him home with the kids in the evenings to go to the gym!
