  • When I feel that way, I just think, "I'll feel so much better tomorrow morning when I'm eating on track again". Positive thinking! Good luck tomorrow!
  • Thanks, guys! I did actually get the job... so now it's time to bite the bullet and go shopping. It's SO nice to hear that other people feel the same way. And thanks for the great advice, too =)
  • Thanks, guys! Feel free to, as DeeDee said, keep tabs on me =)
  • I just use maybe two teaspoons of olive oil and a tablespoon of vinegar, and it works great for me. good luck!
  • haha! I JUST did that this morning and it drives me crazy too! Maybe one day MFP will fix that for people like us =)
  • Sounds great! SW (as of 08/28th): 179.2 GW: 172 - Do the 30 Day Shred four times a week, every week - Intentionally focus on bettering one meal a week (breakfast, then lunch, then dinner, then snacks)
  • If you're bad at math, then let MFP do the work for you. When you set up your profile, you should have put in how much you want to lose, the type of lifestyle you lead, etc. It'll tell you how many calories you can consume in a day . That number is ALREADY set up to make you lose those two pounds. If you exercise, you can…
  • Also, I have a super-healthy friend who likes to bring her own salad toppings to the dining commons.. she'll eat a normal salad, but add some pecans or a new dressing and it changes things up for her. She gets excited about trying new things =) I live off-campus and (thankfully) don't have to worry about it, but that seems…
  • Hm well in order to do any research, I need to know how much MFP considers 100% of a daily dose... does anybody know where to find that information? And I'm definitely not trying to get pregnant, so I'm not worried about that side of things =) Thanks for the responses, everybody.
  • Have you ever tried a heating pad? They help me SO much.
  • Welcome to MFP! I hope that you find freedom in eating healthy and that you learn to love yourself more every day =) Good luck and feel free to add me if you want friends.

  • I LOVE those pretzels. Dang. So good.
  • Thank you guys! And thanks for the clarification, cownancy. Definitely good to know =)
  • I used brown sugar in the batter and about a teaspoon of honey on the top after they were done. It was great- was finally able to use the whole wheat flour that's been sitting in my pantry forever, too =)
  • I really like "Mustard-Crusted Chicken"- you basically just take a chicken breast and coat it with whole grain mustard (one small jar of mustard will last five or six meals), and then put it on a heated skillet and cook it. I use olive oil to cook it in and when you take that into account, its a little over 300 cal for one…
  • I just got on MFP to try and find a healthy breakfast, and this was the first post... I tried them (with a little honey and a few chocolate chips) and they were delicious! Thanks!
  • I've never measured myself, so I'm not really sure about that... and I can definitely try keeping better track of sodium. Salt is a weakness of mine, so that'll probably make a difference =) And I don't have a final goal yet. Right now, it's at 170 in my MFP profile but I don't really know how to choose one. I'm a fairly…
