Advice?

Hey everyone,
I recently posted a couple of questions on this board and got some amazing responses, and I feel like I’m running into a bit of a wall… so here I am again asking for advice.
I’ve been doing MFP for almost two months, and have lost 10 pounds steadily…three weeks ago, I hit the 10 lb mark and haven’t lost anymore since then. I’m 6”1’ and now 180 lbs, which is a 23.7 BMI. I do my best to stay at my calorie goal, though some days are more and some less. Usually by Sundays, I’m around 50 cal below the weekly goal. I’ve opened up my diary for public viewing (which is slightly scary for me but maybe helpful for feedback). I think I’d like to still lose some weight, but I don’t really know how to make a realistic goal and how to go about becoming healthier (not only thinner) in the process.
Up until I reached this plateau, things were super easy, but now I’m wondering if it’s time to really start working hard? My exercise has been minimal and I started off eating 1,700 cal. a day (I switched to 1,400 two or three weeks ago). I’m waiting for the 30 Day Shred video in the mail so I can start exercising more regularly and intensely, but does anybody have any advice for where to go from here? I don’t think I should cut calories – I’m already at the level of losing “1.5 lbs a week”, but how do I stay within those parameters and still lose weight? Oh, and it should be said that I’m not interested in totally cutting out sweets from my diet or becoming a hard-core marathon runner. I’m looking for a realistic solution
Thank you!

Wow, you are eating less than I am! Eat more. Put on some muscle mass.0

Try shocking your system and upping your calories. Even if its just for the weekend. I do that sometimes and it usually helps to jump start things again. Also, you might wanna try tracking your sodium and increasing your water. Those could help as well.0

What is your final goal? At that height and weight you should not be trying for a weight loss of 1.5lbs per week. You should maybe try 0.5lbs per week. You don't have much further to go, and the last few pounds are going to come off slowly.0

Have you checked your measurements? You might be losing inches.0

I've never measured myself, so I'm not really sure about that... and I can definitely try keeping better track of sodium. Salt is a weakness of mine, so that'll probably make a difference
And I don't have a final goal yet. Right now, it's at 170 in my MFP profile but I don't really know how to choose one. I'm a fairly curvy person, so I definitely don't want to loose ALOT, but I've never done a plan like this before so I'm kinda in the dark.0
