I'm doing the Jenny thing again! The first time I did Jenny I lost 33 pds in 3 months. But as soon as I stopped I gained it ALL back. So here I am again....I'm on day 9 and doing ok. I won't weigh myself until I go back on the 14th day. My fingers are crossed...lol Wish you all the best with Jenny!! :)

I also suffered anxiety/depression for years....I have to say though I've been off anxiety meds for a few years and feeling great! But during al those years suffering with anxiety I packed on the pounds. So now its time to take them off. I wish us all great success !!!! :)

I sometimes can't seem to get enough carbs ....but I am having problems BIG time with veggies. I am just not into them...so needless to say I'm doing mostly meats and cheeses. ( I know its probably not good)

The cravings will pass. I'm ending day 8 now and I'm doing so much better with that. The first 5 days all I wanted was ice cream or even a piece of cake.......lol BUT I'm here to tell you it has passed!! woohooooo Good luck horsebeauti !! :)

Thanks for all the help! I downloaded and printed off the foods I am allowed to eat while on induction...Posted right on my fridge!! lol Today is day two for me and the only thing I am missing right now is ICE CREAM!! but i'm sure it will pass..... Again thanks for the help here.

thanks Jim I appreciate your help with that.. Now here comes a really stupid question I'm sure~~ On a calorie in / out diet I am supposed to stick to 1200 calories a day. (are you ready now for the ?) lol On the atkins diet are we still suppose to follow that same rule?

I too have just started on the atkins 20 carbs a day ...I am looking for the same answer as you. How much protein should we be eating...i'm confused just a little bit. Thanks!

I could never go to the gym alone, BEFORE. I would have a panic attack.....NOW I go alone and its awesome. You can do it. The more you do it the easier it is to do also. Good luck.
