Well, no matter what I do the scale reads TWO pounds up from my starting weight in about the middle of this challenge!! 212.0 today. I am very thankful for the NSVs! Loss overall- 4 inches in the last two months!!! If I couldnt see that change I would totally give up! See you all on the other side!

Ok, I am a little confused by how this all works with groups but hopefully I'll catch up!! I want to stay with you all! Love this crowd!!!

I wasnt going to post my weight but if others can admit it, so can I! 210.6 again! Since joining this challenge my weight loss has been a total flop! But I have enjoyed the challenges and without you all most likely the scale would read much heavier! I am looking forward to continuing the battle. Count me in for the next…

Leslie, we grew sweet potatoes in our garden this year! I LOVE THEM!!! Was looking for something yummy with them and found a recipe that you chunk them and toss with olive oil, brown sugar, and chipotle pepper seasoning! Maybe a little sinful but awesome roasted to perfection!!

Ok, heading in the right direction again!! Found renewed determination to say goodbye to the flab for good!! New goal for myself- no less than an hour workout a day, no excuses! And a lot more water and fruits and veggies in my diet! Weigh-in today 209.4. AWESOME JOB, MICHELLE!!!!!!

I'm here too!!!! Awesome compliment, Olivia! What great encouragement to keep going, isn't it?! Crazy busy getting ready to travel to a wedding in Illinois in 3 weeks! Shopped til we dropped today! So glad for the "extra" hour of sleep in the morning! Goodnight, all!

Olivia, I think you meant to give those tips to Ellen but thank you for using my name!! It made me sit up and take notice! I've been in the sinking boat with her for long enough now! Going to use your advice and I WILL feel EMPOWERED when I skip sweets instead of feeling left out!!!!:flowerforyou:

I'm going to skip posting my weight this week. Had a lot of stress lately and my food habits are terrible! Starting to get more exercise and have some new incentives so I hope to see good results next week! Great job, everyone! Thank you for keeping me going!
-
I'm glad for you, Leslie! Hope I can follow in your footsteps and start seeing the right numbers on the scale! Forgot yesterday to do mesurements- did them this morning and its a big NSV!!! 1 inch lost on both my hips and just below bellybutton (where all my fat tends to hang out! )!! What a great way to start the…

Ok, I am going to admit that my eating is out of control!! There, now I can begin to improve it! I WILL NOT be left behind any longer! My weight for this week is still 212. Next week a new LOWER number WILL take its place!!! I'm not sure what to name as a trigger food but my goal for the week is to stop when I'm full even…

Sorry! I am posting my weight late too! Yesterday I was shocked to see I had gained TWO pounds! Thought maybe it was just water but today is the same so I guess I'll have to go with 212 and hope to see lower numbers next week!

I have a small triumph to share! Actually its BIG to me! I haven't been able to exercise for approximately 2 months- first it was morning sickness than the miscarriage... But this morning I was able to do a 2 mile Leslie Sansone! It was awesome to workout again even at a low intensity!

bump:smile:

I forgot... my NSV is to really work hard and lose at least 2 inches on my waist and hips!! That's probably far-fetched:laugh: but I want to try!
-
Thank you, Helen, for caring and for adding me!!

Hi! I'd like to join this challenge if I may!? I enjoyed being with a lot of you on the Fit 4 Fall challenge! At the end I was pregnant but at 12 wks I lost the baby:sad: . So...I'm back to join you all in weight loss! Which in the long run will be better for me and baby when we try again. CW-210 GW-199

You could also try Oxycise. I have the dvd but I think you might be able to at least try it online. I have been doing it for 2 weeks- every other day- and I can really feel a difference in my stomach muscles! Basically it is deep, slow breathing while you focus on tightening your buns and abs! Good luck!

I have felt like giving up at times too!! It definitely helps to have mini goals. That way when you reach one it can be a marker to look back at and say I "am" doing this! Not just I "will"!! It also helps me feel empowered to have that ice cream or whatever I crave but only the serving size!!! Savoring every bite! Good…

Good Luck on a consistent weight loss everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

AWESOME experiment!!!! Thank you for shedding light on this annoying mystery for me!:flowerforyou: May be on the right track if I can make my body be happy with healthy foods instead of the chocolate it craves!! :frown:
