@kismet1428 thank you! Yes its very hard having chronic pain, asthma and top it all off no thyroid. Its a struggle but i did this before and i can do it again! I had lost 160lbs with this woe eating before. So sadly from my lowest weight i have actually gained 70lbs. But i will happy to get down to where i was a year ago…

Yeah i have gone to physio and i have pages of exercises i do. Sadly they have never helped :-( (i do have arthritis in the facet joints) So the next thing for that is getting my nerves burnt since they have tried everything for it. :-/

Oh ok i have lost 138lbs now so theres some skin there but no doubt more fat. I am only 12lbs away from my goal so very close lol

Yes i am currently losing more weight. i have lost 8.5lbs since surgery with diet and exercise. I just thought if i lose fat, that would make the skin more loose meaning building muscles would make it not so loose. Well darn i guess walking it is for now. Thanks everyone

I keep self sabotaging myself. As in i will eat good for so long then eat things i am not supposed to eat for a whole weekend. I will also make a cake for others in my family yet i keep picking at it and eating it too. I have an addiction to no sugar added candies as well and i dont know how to stop

1. Start eating low carb again which for me it means under 20 carbs a day 2. no more snacking 3. exercise at least 5 days a week 4. log my food every day to keep me on track 5. get my fluid intake in every day 6. stop being so hard on myself

I find the closer to my goal i get the more slower it moves. I really hate being in a standstill for weeks which is what my body does. I lose and then all of a sudden i dont lose anything in weeks!

I have facet joint arthritis in my lower back and spine. I have to do what i can to work out. Which means walking, easy exercise videos and the resistance band. I would say never push your body or you will pay. Some days i can do more than others. Your body will tell you. Sadly no matter what i do my pain is there but…

I started at 300lbs and now weigh 165.5 (my lowest was 140lbs which i am working my way to again) The place i have lost was the boobs (of course), my feet (which i still find weird), my belly (which is still yuck since thats where most of my weight is) and my face (sadly i will always have to carry that double chin with me)
