I read in another thread that a weakness of one poster was "Eyes you can get lost in". What does that mean to you? What do they look like? Is it one type or characteristic?

I like any color but I think getting lost in someone's eyes comes down to how they look at you. The intent behind the look.

yep it's the way they look at you. Baby blue's are my favorite.0

Yup same here! Probably why I like green & blue eyes so much. I’m jealous lol!0 -
I don't think I have gotten lost in anyone's eyes since high school. What I really admire is a nimble mind.0

I wouldn't say that, I like brown eyes and I've seen some brown eyes that I thought were prettier then most blue or green eyes1 -

I have got lost in some beautiful brown eyes. Its not the colour of the eyes that matters, it is the amount of heart and soul you can see in the eyes that is what you get lost in4

Color doesnt matter. I tend to like guys with brown eyes but I have liked blue and green before. It is not the color of the eyes that gets me as much as the shape of them and how they look at me.0
-
Also, I feel brown eyes are underrated, which is unfortunate.1

They've life, within them!0

gotta go with either: Glazed or Dilated
or, why not both?
however most girls I interact with have these eyes......

Not true! I think brown eyes convey so much soul, they're easier to get lost in.1 -
It's all about the look, not the color of them!! The more livid or deep the color, makes them more interesting but in order to get lost in them, the sender of the look must be willing to be vulnerable enough to let the looker in and wander around...1

It means being able to stare into his eyes without being creeped out by what you see in him, or either one of you getting too intimidated by the intimacy of eye gazing and looking away.
Prolonged eye gazing can be extremely intimate. It's like standing naked in front of someone, only they are not looking AT you, but IN you.
FRK. I just got over my crush and I am now reminded why I (insert feelings here) him so much.
Thanks a lot OP.

Hmm, never seen yours but I have heard of people having a thing for a "doe eyed girl". So basically, big brown eyes.SandSeaSkySoul wrote: »They've life, within them!

if a person has a pretty color eyes and a nice shape (im a sucker for low key notes of an asian eyelid mixed with blue/green eyes) Mixed with a certain intensity in how they look at you can send electricity up your spine. Even ugly eyes can do that really....its in how the person is looking at you the looks just help1

I don’t think I’m an eye person. I mean I can appreciate a pretty eyeball, but I’ve never found someone more attractive just because of their eyes.
However, if it’s someone I am already attracted to giving me a long look, I’m toast3 -

Milquetoast, or biscotti?0 -
Blue eyes FTW! Just sayin...lol1 -
Sea blue eyes here, I get a lot of 'hi I'm 404 for a second' eye contact moments at bars, in elevators, etc. Both male & female if that matters to you.
My intent is generally sex so it's probably a combination of both. I think the 'getting lost' factor is predominantly someone else's 'holy *kitten* what if' moment, even if it's entirely fleeting (or, hopefully, something more). It's definitely a characteristic; I've had the same feeling, more than once, talking to an average height/build brown-eyed brunette for the first time because her demeanor was cool, relaxed and attentive. I simply felt like talking to her -- I suppose you could argue I got lost in her eyes, but the reality there is I'm too lazy to tell you about all the things I found attractive about her so I'm gonna default to an easy-to-digest response and move on.
Who you are as a whole (at least up front) is what someone interested will get lost in. If they blame your eyes, say thanks, and offer to buy them a drink. Never know0 -

Ewww.
So true story, I got out of a speeding ticket because I had eyeballs in a cooler in my backseat. I used to work for a tissue bank and did cornea recoveries.3
