How about steak & eggs? Cut up some leftover steak and scramble with just 1/2 an egg to start. MUCH more steak than egg. You could add some sriracha or steak sauce to help mask what little eggy flavor might be there. Over time you could increase the amount of egg as you learn to tolerate and maybe even enjoy it!

Is it okay if I laugh while I tell you how sorry I am?

Sarcasm noted. What is YOUR favorite fail?

Love it! LOL!

I think the "bottom" is different for everyone. My bottom was that moment when I decided I simply couldn't take another day feeling so badly. If I had gone to the doc for a physical, I'm sure I would've had a medical reason, too: high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes. Now my blood pressure is normal, and my…

I really don't pay more that a second's worth of attention to the scale anymore. I'm looking more at body fat % and how I look in the mirror. I'm 5'3" and still wearing my size 12s. I need to get smaller clothes because my pants really do slide right off me, but I really like getting undressed at night and not having red…

Welcome to MFP! Kudos to you for taking charge of your health! :flowerforyou:

I wish I could remember where I read a suggestion to eat a gram of protein for every pound of body weight... it was a fitness site. If I find it, I'll report back. Also, I read that you should drink an ounce of water for every pound of body weight. I do, and I really do think it makes a difference. Kudos to you for wanting…

It is really hard to let a nice guy go. I went through that with the guy I was dating my freshman year of college, and it broke my heart to break his heart. I was the wishy-washy one... he asked to remain friends, and I agreed. I finally had to end the friendship because it was clear that he wasn't moving on, even though I…

I love MFP, too! I think it's great, and I tell people about it all the time. Congrats on your progress!

I'd DEF agree. No one wants nasty.

Yep, right over here. Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Aerosmith, & Rush are my faves.

My absolute favorite is called a Lotus Roll at the restaurant I go to. Cucumber + maguro, served with a spicy Ponzu (it's delicious without the sauce, too).

Friends! I usually don't even get to the forums unless I see an interesting topic that my friends have started or replied to. Luv ya, babe! :smooched:

I hate feet. Mine aren't gross or anything (actually, I suppose they're cute compared to many I've seen), but I had a bad foot experience at a water park when I was 13. I never recovered. :noway: I have a "thing" for the neck/shoulder area, and I suppose mine's pretty nice. Also, I think the lower abs are super sexy, but…

How do I go about weighing them? I keep saying I will donate to my "less fortunate" friends, but it would be nice to put a numerical figure to my offer.
-
No. Like nearly everyone else has said, offer healthy foods & teach how to eat "treats" in moderation, and always keep them active.

You ladies are GORGEOUS!!! I don't have any photos (dinosaur ages suck), but I can tell you my stats. I am 5'3" and was 116 when I got pregnant with my daughter. I don't remember my weight after her, but I can tell you that I got down to a size 5 before I got pregnant with my son, which I *never* was before her. After my…
