not sure on the weight limit , it has 'cups' on the top which the legs of the board ( or stumps as they are ) slot into and comes with non slips matts too

BUT WILL ADD !!!! had to buy new clothes today gone from a uk 14 to a 12, and from 11 stone 1lb to 10stone 3lb ( now 10 stone 5lb ) , im happy but will be happier once i got rid of that last 4lb'ish

many thanks, i ate a extra 300 calories today , cant work off that much and still have hurting thighs from yesturday , but i may do some 'fun' exercises like step and hoola hoop and maby a jog too just to kill off some of the big mac and fries lol

im not sure how far i walk but i do 80 minutes of walking to and from school a day , not sure how much that it ( there, back and there back) unless i have to goto post office then its , there back to drop of child 2, then back up to school to post office ( 10 minutes fiurther from school ) then back , then back upto school…

oh i like free step too , i normally do 1/2 hour of that and some other bits when i get on the fit , me and the wii have seem to lost touch lately ! im 10 stone 3lb , 65kg , 143lb - lost 12lb since feb edit , couger towns on tonight , skinning pretty women , that auter motivate me

many thanks, put slow as walking kids to school , so slower then i would walk normally
