and today im not even going to fill in my diet sheet :) im 30 today and i hit my goal today too , woohoo , ive lost a stone was 11stone 1 now 10 stone lb ( 141 pound) i have 4 weeks till hubby is home so ill carry on my diet till then and that be me done !

just wondering , i dont do alot of exercise ( mind u this week 30 minutes each day doing lunges and yoga ext on the wii fit) do u allow for the exercise, cause if u allow it means u can eat more ? so when it says i have to have 1200 callories a day , does that mean if u burn say 100 callories in exercise u have to put…

2.26 miles walking per day
is this good , i just worked out i do 0.565 mile to school and back ( then again in the pm to collect from school ) works out at 2.26 mile per day 5 days a week. is this a ok amount or should i do more ?, takes me 40 minutes am and 40 minutes pm

i do 40 minute walking in the morning and 40 minutes in the after noon , would u factor this in as excerise as its a normall thing , i do it 5 days a week ?
