and today im not even going to fill in my diet sheet :)

im 30 today and i hit my goal today too , woohoo , ive lost a stone was 11stone 1 now 10 stone lb ( 141 pound) i have 4 weeks till hubby is home so ill carry on my diet till then and that be me done !
