help !

i have a craving for junk food , im only 50 calories over today , just had a slice of bread to carve the craving , kids goto bed in 15 minutes ( thats when i tend to get snacks) ive got a chinese on friday and a friend round for pizza saturday but craving now ! i want to say no but the menus just keep calling me !

im only 2lb away from looseing 1 stone , pretty much my goal , will i ruin it
